Achilles Ain’t No Match for These Stretches

First things first, let’s talk about the calf stretch. Find yourself a wall or somethin’ sturdy to lean on and place one foot forward while keepin’ the other one back. Gently bend your front knee while keepin’ your back leg straight and press that heel into the ground. Hold it there for about 30 seconds and then switch legs. Trust me, this stretch will make them Achilles tendons feel like they’re dancin’ at a Swazi celebration.

Givin’ Them Ankles Some Love
